4. Cookies and similar technologies

This section describes which cookies and browser storage entries are used. Without consent, only those strictly necessary for the service you requested are set:

  • Session cookie (taskapult-session): keeps the session and the login, until 120 minutes after the last activity.
  • XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against cross-site request forgery, same lifetime as the session.
  • remember_web_…: only with “Remember me”, until you log out, at most 400 days.
  • locale: only after switching the language, 1 year.
  • flux.appearance (browser storage): the chosen colour scheme, until the browser storage is cleared.

This section describes the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection.
